Our yoga and class offerings at Into The Woods Wellness supports you wherever you are on your health journey. Our sessions focus on your body, mind, and spirit.

Various class sessions – including yoga, mindfulness, etc., at Into The Woods Wellness are offered as a 4 week series or pay $15 per session with Sigi Navis, Patty Caspary & Mary Costello – 3 amazing women to guide you in your relaxation & rejuvenation journeys.

In this transformative class, you will explore mindful
movement, breath work, and balance to regulate your
nervous system and promote harmony between body, brain, and breath. Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat for the Neurofit Class on the mat.
Mary Costello is eager to share her 30 years of experience and the latest research in neuroscience, Neurofitness, and Brain Longevity to help you feel rejuvenated, centered, and resilient.
