✨ Wellness Journey Reflection:

I started my wellness journey with Into the Woods in 2023. For most of my life, I had focused heavily on conditioning and strength training. Since high school, exercise had always been a priority, but I never put the same level of attention into my nutrition. I also wanted to explore more natural ways of fueling my body and see if I could reduce my reliance on some long-term medications.

I was hesitant to commit to the 3-month nutrition program at ITW because of both the time commitment and financial investment. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my long-term health.

The program was challenging, to say the least, but I stayed committed and adopted a “one day at a time” mindset. What surprised me most was how educational the experience was. It completely changed the way I approach grocery shopping, the foods I keep in my home, meal preparation, ingredient selection, and even how I listen to my body. I learned to recognize how the foods I eat directly impact how I feel, perform, and recover.

Three years later, I still apply the lessons and principles I learned through the program every single day. Rather than following a temporary diet, I learned how to build sustainable habits that fit into my everyday life. The program gave me practical tools that continue to benefit me long after it ended.

The ITW coaching staff has been phenomenal throughout my journey. One of the most valuable lessons they taught me is that wellness is not a destination. It’s an ongoing process. They helped me take what I learned and turn it into a realistic, sustainable lifestyle that works for me.

If I could offer one piece of advice to someone considering the program, it would be to trust the process and stay consistent. The changes may not happen overnight, but the knowledge, habits, and long-term benefits are well worth the investment. I’m incredibly grateful for the education, guidance, and support I’ve received from the ITW team, and I can honestly say their program has had a lasting impact on my health and wellness journey.

My biggest motivation for investing in my wellness is my family. For me, investing in my wellness through Into the Woods has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made, and I’m grateful for the positive impact it has had on both my life and my family’s future.
