Meet Kimberly Laabs of Oakfield (Wisconsin)
Here’s what Kimberly had to share about her experience with Into the Woods Wellness and the Personalized Wellness Program.
Wellness Journey Reflection:
It’s crazy how certain foods effect my body. Learning that I don’t have to completely eliminate them but learn to have them more sparingly was very important. Example: My body feels way better with less coffee, who knew! For several years I’ve heard so much about lymphatic work and how it can help with joint pain. I wish I took it more seriously. Since starting at ITWW lymphatic work is now apart of my daily routine. I can totally tell if I miss a couple of days.
Favorite ITW offering:
BEMER! (Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation) It stimulates circulation and it helps deliver the oxygen and nutrients to cells. It also gives me the time to focus on deep breathing and to be able to shut down for 16 minutes.
Why prioritize wellness with ITW:
My family is and will always be my number one motivation. I was simply sick of poor sleep quality and my joint pain was so annoying. To be able to improve my quality of life was so worth the investment.
