Meet Nici C. of Fond du Lac (Wisconsin)

Here’s what Nici had to share about her experience with Into the Woods Wellness and the Personalized Wellness Program.

✨ Wellness Journey Reflection:

Through the wellness program at ITW and my experience with several different peptides, I’ve come to truly understand that natural, organic food is fuel—something my body and mind need to thrive. I’ve learned that my body was made to move, and when I listen to it, I feel stronger, more grounded, and energized. Prioritizing “me time” is no longer a luxury but an essential part of maintaining my well-being. Committing to weekly food prep has proven to be incredibly worthwhile, setting me up for success and consistency. Most importantly, I’ve been supported by an exceptional and dedicated staff who genuinely care—reminding me that I’m not just a number, but a person valued on this journey. Thank you, ITW!

So tough to pick just one! Infrared Sauna = My “me time!” Boosts my mood and helps with the detox process. Yoga = Taking time to breathe and stay grounded in mind, body, and spirit.

The busyness and stress of my everyday life were preventing me from taking time for myself. Katie and the ITW team helped me realize the importance of setting aside time to focus on me.
