15 minute sessions from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM*
This event is ideal for:
-
People new to acupuncture and curious to try it in a low-pressure, affordable way
-
Busy individuals who want a quick reset during the day
-
Anyone looking for relief from stress, pain, or general tension
-
People wanting to experience energy alignment and inner calm
-
Those who enjoy community healing settings or just want to explore something new
Yes! Each session begins with a brief consultation to explore your current concerns, goals, or curiosity around acupuncture. Based on that conversation, our licensed acupuncturist will tailor the treatment to your individual needs. It’s a wonderful way to dip your toe into the modality without the commitment of a full session.
Treatments are intentionally gentle and minimal, typically using a small number of strategically placed needles. The focus is on comfort and effectiveness in a shorter time frame — ideal for a community setting.
Acupuncture can support a variety of concerns, including:
-
Stress, anxiety, and tension
-
Headaches or migraines
-
Fatigue or energy imbalances
-
Sleep disturbances
-
Mild digestive issues
-
Menstrual or hormonal imbalances
-
General pain or discomfort (neck, back, shoulders, etc.)
We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to your arms, legs, and lower legs. You’ll remain fully clothed, and treatments are typically done in comfortable reclining chairs or massage tables.
This 2–3 minute chat gives you space to share your goals, symptoms, or simply ask questions. It’s especially great for newcomers — our practitioner will guide the session and answer any concerns you may have.
That’s completely okay — this event is perfect for beginners! The setting is relaxed and accessible, and the practitioner will walk you through the experience gently and professionally. Think of it as a wellness “sampler” with real therapeutic benefits.
Acupuncture is generally safe for most people, but if you:
-
Have a bleeding disorder
-
Are pregnant
-
Have a pacemaker
-
Or are dealing with a complex or acute medical condition, we recommend checking in with your primary care provider before participating or discussing it directly with our acupuncturist during your consultation.
