Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, boost energy, or just get outside more, our holistic walking sessions are designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself and the natural world. All fitness levels are welcome.
Meet Landri
Walk alongside someone who truly understands the path to wellness. Landri Vogelsang, our Wellness Coordinator, has walked her own transformative journey through our personalized wellness program and holds over 15 years of expertise in mental health and education. Now pursuing her LPC licensure, Landri combines professional knowledge with lived experience, creating walking sessions that honor where you are while gently guiding you toward where you want to be.
Walking Groups FAQs
Each session varies, but we typically have two starting points – Into the Woods Wellness or Lakeside Park.
Registration is required within 24 hours of the walk so we can make sure we’re prepared accordingly.
If there is bad weather, we will cancel through Schedule Bliss and connect with all group registrants.
