Here’s what Diane had to share about her experience with Into the Woods Wellness and the Personalized Wellness Program.

✨ Wellness Journey Reflection: 

My introduction to the Wellness Program has become a journey for me to improve my overall health. I thought that I was doing everything possible to live a better lifestyle. This program has taught me how to eat consciously and nutritionally. Numerous aspects of my life have changed – including decreased inflammation, skin improvement, better eyesight, weight loss, less anxiety and just feeling happier to name a few benefits that I’ve experienced. I’m determined to stay on this path.”

✨ Favorite ITW offering:

I was skeptical about trying the infrared sauna therapy since I don’t like sweating but found that it is now my favorite therapy offering. When one is looking for a way to make one’s life healthier, ITW can make a difference.”  

✨ Why prioritize wellness with ITW:

A friend of mine asked if I wanted to go to a Wellness Seminar at ITW. I had never heard of the place but became quite interested in attending to see what they had to offer. For me, it was just what I needed and wished I had this opportunity years earlier. The regular medical community was just not satisfying my needs. As they say “You are what you eat”. Our environment also has a role in influencing our health. This journey is for me and my family to live healthier.”
