These bars were a healthy option and tasty hit at our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY + Spring Open House.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Almond butter
½ c. honey
5 c oatmeal
½ c oat bran
⅓ c ground flax seed
2 T vanilla
2 T cinnamon
½ c sunflower seeds
¾ c dried fruit (cranberries, cherries etc.)
½ c monk fruit sugar
3 eggs
1 c almond or cashew milk
OPTIONAL: You can also add a few nuts or chocolate chips
Granola Bar Instructions
- Heat Milk, pour in a big bowl, add the almond butter and mix. Mix in all other ingredients (I stir by hand)
- Put into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
